the role of government, big versus small. >>> two men are dead this morning after a gunman opened fire on their car driving through oakland. police received reports of shots being fired at the intersection of filbert and 10th just before 10:00 last night. the two victims found dead inside their car a block away near 12th street. so far, police have no suspects or motives. >>> contra costa county now an outpouring of grief and support after the murder of a retired schoolteacher there. hundreds of mourners marched behind the husband and the children of susie ko last night as they walked to a vigil. her body was found on friday. her husband had called a neighbor to check on her after she didn't pick him up at the airport. police say she had been stabbed and suffered blunt-force trauma to the head. >> i was so devastated. i couldn't believe it was really happening. but, of course, it did. >> last homicide we had here was 2010. we have only had 5 homicides in the last 11 years. >> the fbi is assisting in the case because police in hercules do not have all the necessary resources. authoritie

and the federal government should not do business with waway. there are reports of cyberattacks as well as from zte another company. both deny they are a security threat. >>> and honda is recalling more than 250,000 vehicles due to a possible fire risk. the recall involves the crv crossovers from the 2002 to 2006 model years. an electrical switch in the drivers side door could melt and cause a fire. the fire could start even when the ignition is off. honda says owners have reported four fires so far but no injuries or crashes linked with the problem. so if you have that car, get it to the dealer as soon as possible. they will fix it for free. >> frank has that car, ashley. >> you missed me by a year but i was listening for sure. >> so apparently it's easier to tip now at starbucks. >> reporter: yeah. you won't have to leave a dollar or two because the seattle-based coffee company is actually making an app for that. starbucks says it's adding a digital tip function to its mobile payment app. they say the new smartphone application will be out and ready for use next summer. i'm still waiting for
